​Rules and Safety​ Regulations
1. If your lives have been taken, you may ​NOT​​​​​ take another runner’s flags, chase other runners, or pick up flags off the ground.

2. Direct and intentional physical contact with any participant or zombie is strictly prohibited. You are not to touch, hit, punch, kick, slap, scratch, pinch, spit on, bite, or do anything harmful to the physical health of our zombies or other runners… no matter how frightened you may be.

​Those in violation of this rule will be automatically disqualified and potentially escorted off of the grounds, without refund.

3. Lives have to be visible to zombies and should not be covered by clothing. 
 

4. Participants must wear their ZOMBIE RUSH Jersey on the day of the run. Participants without their jersey will not be allowed to participate on that day.
 

5. Working as a team with friends, family, and strangers is allowed and recommended… it’s the living vs. the undead. Use your juicy brains and the ones around you.

​SKIPPING THE OBSTACLES

You can choose to skip an obstacle if you have any problems with it, however it is Not Recommended as the obstacles are there to make your experience a fun and unforgettable one, so do not skip an obstacle if possible.



What To Do On That Day

1. Wear our Zombie Rush Jersey

2. Bring a towel and extra clothing as you might get dirty

3. The race flags off at 8:00am, and we recommend you arrive 2 hours before to find parking space and get your lives ready as you sign your attendance and eat your free breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to carpool as parking space might be a problem. Go Green Penang Lang :)​
